Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert made by layering strawberry filling, creamy cheesecake flavors, and cake mix, then baking until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top without stirring.
  6. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  7. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
