Ingredients

  • 8 hard taco shells
  • 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  6. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  8. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  9. Fill each taco shell with spaghetti mixture and top with shredded cheese.
