Ingredients
- 8 hard taco shells
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with spaghetti mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve warm.
