Ingredients
- 6 oz (170g) cooked spaghetti
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter (for frying)
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate or chocolate spread
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Maple syrup (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss until all noodles are well coated.
- Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake shape.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden and crisp, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the pancake to a serving plate and drizzle with melted chocolate.
