Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
- 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes if needed.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Transfer the potatoes to the slow cooker and spread them evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Gently stir before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
