Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes if needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  3. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
