Description
A rich and comforting Sausage Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna made with layers of cheese-filled ravioli, savory Italian sausage, creamy Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese for an easy baked pasta dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the sausage, dollops of ricotta mixture, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Frozen ravioli can be used without thawing.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
