- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Nutella (chilled in spoonfuls)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, place a frozen Nutella piece in the center, and wrap dough around it.
- Place cookies seam-side down on baking sheets.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Freezing Nutella prevents leaking during baking.
- Do not overbake for a gooey center.
