  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, pepper, and salt.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
