Ingredients
- 2 naan breads or flatbreads
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled spicy Italian sausage or pepperoni
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh basil or arugula, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush naan or flatbread lightly with olive oil and place on the prepared sheet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the base, then top with feta, sausage or pepperoni, red onion, and roasted red peppers.
- Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if you like extra heat.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and immediately drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil or arugula and slice into pieces for serving.

- Hot honey can be made by gently warming honey with a pinch of chili flakes.
