Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 12 slices bacon (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Toothpicks (for securing bacon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, season chicken pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Wrap each chicken piece with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange bacon-wrapped chicken bites on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken bites while warm.
- Serve immediately with extra hot honey on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispy bacon, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
