Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap for maximum crispiness.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender inside.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese immediately after baking and toss lightly to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
