Description
Juicy garlic butter steak bites served over rich, creamy Parmesan pasta for a decadent, restaurant-style comfort meal that comes together quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Remove from heat.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Serve pasta topped with garlic butter steak bites and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts best.
- Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
