Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served over rich, creamy Parmesan pasta for a decadent, restaurant-style comfort meal that comes together quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Remove from heat.
  8. In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
  9. Stir in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  10. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  11. Serve pasta topped with garlic butter steak bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan melts best.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
