Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayo
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Mix gently until ingredients are evenly distributed, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal burger patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Lightly toast the buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with your preferred toppings and serve hot.
