Description

A creamy and bold chipotle garlic sauce made with sour cream, perfect as a dip, spread, or drizzle for tacos, burritos, and grilled dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, roasted or fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine sour cream, chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, and cumin.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving, if desired.
