  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 5โ€“6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
