These Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos are loaded with tender chicken, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, cheese, and tangy ranch dressing — all wrapped in a warm tortilla for the ultimate easy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for toasting)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced avocado, tomato, cheese, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the mixture evenly among them.
- Top each with chopped lettuce, then roll up burrito-style (folding in the sides first, then rolling tightly).
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place burritos seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa on the side.
Notes
- Add cooked bacon or crumbled turkey bacon for extra flavor.
- These burritos can be wrapped in foil and refrigerated for up to 2 days — reheat in a skillet or oven.
