Description

These Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos are loaded with tender chicken, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, cheese, and tangy ranch dressing — all wrapped in a warm tortilla for the ultimate easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for toasting)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced avocado, tomato, cheese, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  3. Top each with chopped lettuce, then roll up burrito-style (folding in the sides first, then rolling tightly).
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place burritos seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa on the side.
