Description

Ingredients
- 4 round bread bowls
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the centers. Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the insides with olive oil and toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the toasted bread bowls.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best texture.
- You can add spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Serve immediately to keep the bread bowls crisp.
