Ingredients
- 1 lb large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
- Crushed graham crackers, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
- Using a small spoon or knife, gently hollow out the center of each strawberry half.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberries.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
