Ingredients

  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
  • Crushed graham crackers, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
  2. Using a small spoon or knife, gently hollow out the center of each strawberry half.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  6. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if desired.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
