Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
- 1 burrata cheese ball (about 8 oz)
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for 5–7 minutes, until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
- Place burrata on a serving platter or divide pieces among toasted bread slices.
- Spoon tomato mixture over burrata and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if using.
- Top with fresh basil and an extra drizzle of olive oil before serving.
