Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the banana pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Gently mix in crushed vanilla wafers, if using.
  7. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Allow to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
