Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the top.
  6. Bake for 12โ€“15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and rest for 2 minutes.
